 DELIVERY

Delivery, assemble, dismantle and collection to and from venue is included in the hire.

CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL APPLY

Within 4 weeks of the event – 30% of total cost will apply

Within 2 weeks of the event – 70% of total cost will apply

In the event of cancellation and breakage deposit has been paid, it will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that Sweet Treats 2 U cancels then any payment received will be refunded.

 PAYMENTS

We accept bank transfer, cash, cheque and PayPal

 DAMAGES

In event of any damage to any of our products the person responsible for the hire will be charged a damage fee accordingly.

 NUT ALLERGIES AND SAFETY WARNING

Please note that some of our sweets may contain traces of nuts or nut oil, or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Sweet Treats 2 U cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.

Customers should also ensure that children are supervised as sweets chosen could be a choking hazard.

Sweet Treats 2 U cannot be help responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of the equipment, consumables or the consumption of the confectionary left at the celebration location. All sweets left over will be left will be bagged and left for the person hiring the carts. We do not use any left over sweets, we are fully covered for public liability insurance.
